Ghost guns are in the news again. Take a look at this article by KSTP.

All gun rules are the same with a ghost gun if you are the one who manufactured it. Once it gets given away, sold, traded…etc. the gun needs to be marked with a Serial Number.

We wanted everyone to know of an in person training that is coming up this May. Eckberg Lammers is hosting a gun law training concerning federal and state firearms disqualification issues, including domestic violence related convictions, mental health issues, Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs) in Bloomington, MN on May 8th from 10am to noon.
